If the education level of lots of employees are professional or good i.e., they are experienced or expertise in their works, then their learning levels, knowledge and skill levels help to perform various job tasks efficiently and effectively. If they are not so educated i.e., at entry-level, they need proper training to learn various job tasks. The human resource management (HRM) can organize training and development programs and coaching to improve the performance of the new and fresh employees.

4. Income

In an organization, the income of person varies depending upon the responsibilities and positions in an organization. Each person get salary income for the work performed during the month and plays an important role in organization goals.

5. Race / Ethnicity

It means people working in an organization belongs to ancestors, different cultures, linguistics, etc. It creates organization culture where people join together to work collective to achieve common goals. For example, persons working in the organization may be White, Black, Asian, etc.

6. Region

A workforce members belong to different region such as some may come from south region and it may be possible that most of them may come from north region. In this way, employees from different regions of a country work together to achieve common goals.
