1.Persuasion Skills (PS)

These skills enable a manager to communicate the message to audience effectively by emphasizing the importance points in order to influence them to change their minds or behavior. To influence others, the manager focuses on certain course of actions and their benefits if these actions are implemented successfully for completing the work tasks. For example, the manager asks to certain employees that if they meet the targets then they are promoted and their salaries will be doubled. 2. Speaking Skills

Also, he can use simple words which is understandable for the audience in order to convey the message effectively.

With practice regularly, speaking skills can be improved by the manager working in organization.

By making presentation, the manager better knows work activities and uses the employees to perform well during work activities.

3. Writing Skills

Communication of written text, which does not include spelling and grammatical mistakes and easy to understandable, to the audience effectively.  For example, memos, letters, reports, etc., show the writing skills of the manager if these are well written, understandable and free from any spelling & grammatical errors.

The manager should check the written documents for spelling & grammatical errors before sending the documents to another person. He should make sure that the written words are correct in spelling. For example, if there is a spelling mistake in a sentence, then it should be corrected before sending to any person working in the organization.

To check a document free from spelling & grammatical mistakes, he need proofreading for the accuracy of sentences and paragraph, so that effective written communication can be taken place among team members.

4. Reading Skills

These skills show that the manager is able to effectively read the words, sentences, or paragraph written in work related documents such as memos, reports, notices, etc., He should be able to read the office documents with accuracy and timely in order to communicate the message effectively to the targeted audience. For example, during working hours, the manager may need to read memos, letters, reports, minutes of meeting, etc., to understand the message and then decides the future plan accordingly.
